Before you post a bug report you should update to the latest version from your 3.4.0+180219 (I think the most current one is 3.7.1+180424. It does not make sense to post bug reports for not up to date versions, because the problem might have been long gone and solved. If the problem persists in the most recent version, then post a bug report.

Offtopic: Actually, Joffm, as far as I remember, there was a 2.5. The 2.50 branch was called 2.5 at the beginning and then renamed somewhere on the way.

I am not 100% sure anymore myself, but if I remember right it started off with 2.5. It was very confusing by that time, especially as the renaming came it with 2.50 etc. I don't think it was a good move back then. Unfortunately we do not have a full history of installs anymore on Limesurvey so you can't go back to older versions if necessary.
Very confusing times. I hope in the future this will not happen again. Because at one point even I didn't know which version was what during that time.
