old password can not login new version limesurvey

old password can not login new version limesurvey was created by ming123ABC
hello everyone~

i upadted limesurvey from 2.50+ Build 160616 to 3.4.0+180219


but user can not login 3.4.0+180219 with old password


user need to set forget password to get new password , so they can login limesurvey


what should i do
