Wrong limitation of the date field was created by mferraz

Hi.

We're experiencing an issue with a wrong limitation on the date field:

Im sending you the export of the survey
We're using version 3.6.2+180406

in Version 3.6.3+180416 I do not see a problem in ex1, but in ex2

Hm, that's strange.
I get the same in version 3.7.0+180418
