Hi first time user of Lime and I think its great. I was working away and everything was fine then when I went to add a question I found the text boxes were not here and I couldn’t add anything to them (See pic).
Sorry if I’m being stupid but everything was working now I can’t add details of the type of question. The screen your seeing is a question I’ve added and gone back into to edit to add the question but I cant.

Hi, Jonathan,
usually the first question: which version of LS? (You find it in the lower right corner of the GUI.)
In version 3.x click on it to get a detailled list of your environment.

The only thing that I saw was a slight delay (1sec) before the embedded HTML editor appeared.

P.S. Just now I saw in the changelog of version 3.5.4. this:

-Fixed issue: Ckeditor not showing on IE (kw-pr)

Does this explain your problem?

That might be the problem as Its version 3.4.4+180305 as the boxes just dont appear at all and never load. I will try updating and get back to you...

I have the same problem... Did you find a solution?

which browser are you using Fhainer?

I tested Firefox, Chrome and Edge on different computers.... All the same

I did a second test installation just to be sure, also the same problem... I can see the boxes appear for a very short moment, then they disappaer.

Maybe its cause its running it on a windows server (with plesk)?

Did you manage to solve the problem? I have the same problems using Version 3.15.1+181017.

Known problem. Deactivate the WYSIWYG editor or set it as Popup and it will work.

Finaly i found a solution, but i dont know why it works...

First thing, ckeditor wasnt in the thirdparty location, so i had to put it manualy. At this point it still doenst work, but if i set debug-mode to 1 suddenly the editor starts to work. Someone has an explanation for this behavior?

With debug at 1 : it don't use asset manager (if i remind).
Maybe something related here ?
