Hi,

I am a new on lime survey .I tried to set up a new server with install LimeSurvey on XMAPP . I'm on LimeSurvey 3.3.0+180209 my problem is when I go to Configuration > Manage Survey administrators > Add user add a new survey administrator then click save the message show success as below but user never received any email .

Username: XXXXX
Email: XXXXXXX

An email with a generated password was sent to the user.

By the way , When I tried create survey and send via token seem it working fine .


I try to search from the forum but cannot find the resolved one
Is it possible if some one can point me to the answer to resolve this issue ?
