I'm a LimeServer newbie. I'd like to insert an image onto the first page of a survey, and don't have a URL for it; presumably an image is added by storing it on the server, from 'Settings' -> 'Resources'? I'm using LimeServer Pro, so don't have access to the server.
When I try to click on 'Resources', that tab of my browser (Chrome) becomes unresponsive and the tab's icon changes for good to a blue spinning-circle graphic indicating 'Loading...' or similar. Is this because I don't have access to the server?
As you are on the SAAS Limesurvey Pro and this seems to be an issue with this specific installation, you can contact Limesurvey GmbH directly via "Support" on the top right corner of this website.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
