My Limesurvey installation on my server notified me about an security update to 2.73.1 (171220) but I can't find the version to download. I'm not using ComfortUpdate. My current version is 2.73.0+171219.

The new version is only available for ComfortUpdate users. Unless you want to dig into git and update manually.

Even can't find the version on github ( github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/releases?after=3.0.5%2B180118 ), were is it located?

Releases and tags are not always available.
Some people interpret this as a sign to get a subscription.
Some don't think so.

Update #2: 2.73.0 and 2.73.1 seem to have be added to the repository.
