Installation issues under Ubuntu 16.0.03

Installation issues under Ubuntu 16.0.03 was created by brummi
i try to install on our Server the limeSURVEY CE according to the manual .

But when i try to enter the datas (used the datas in the manual) in the admin-login page i get the admin-loginpage again.

what is the problem?

BTW: There are no errormessages in the logs.

There are other getting logged out too. Doesn't seem to be directly related to the OS.
