After upgrade LS to Version 3.3.1+180214 I'm having trouble with the survey's email templates in admin interface. The whole textarea with email template editor is not displayed at all. However, the email is sent without any trouble. Catch 22 here is, how to change the email content without editor.
Most probably is this behavior caused by a bug in LS code. I'm running Firefox on Ubuntu, however exactly the same result on Win10 Firefox and Edge as well.

this is due to a wrong replacement in our WYSIWYG editor.
It should be solved in the coming version.
