what do you think about my question between 1 to 6, 1 = great, 6= bad?

Just use a normal list type of question? Not sure if this is what you are looking for. But I highly recommend to look through the question type page in the manual (link provided by Joffm). It should give you a good idea of what question types can be used in LS.
