My limesurvey said to me that sending the email but never arrive in the target. Where can I verify configurations in my limesurvey which concern email sending and filters? Could be the server doesn't have PHP IMAP the reason?

the mails are probably just filtered by the receiver.
Make a try with your own mail server, and see if you receive them.

Most common problem is DKim configuration on server side.
