I am trying to configure limesurvey to work behind a reverse proxy. My limesurvey app is installed on a Linux RHEL 7 box. My reverse proxy is hosted on a Windows Server 2012 box using IIS and URL Rewrite. My question to you is what do I need to configure within Limesurvey? Which config file(s) (ex: config-defaults.php) and what exactly do I need to configure? For example lets say my limesurvey box is named AppLSV01 and my Webserver is named WebLSV01 what do I need to configure? If you could be as detailed as possible, maybe even filling out the file as an example that would be extremely helpful.

If i remind : you only add to set 'session'/'cookieParams'/'domain' and 'request'/'csrfCookie'/'domain'

Because reverse proxy broke the Yii detect system.

If it's OK : maybe you can update manual
