Unfortunately I have no idea what to do about this problem and this survey is being used by many trainees giving feedback every day. I've had to switch to a paper feedback form and will need to enter this data by hand.
Can anyone advise me what to do? I am anxious that I will destroy the data that has already been entered by the previous trainees.
