problem with subscription update

I have a trouble using BASIC package for my installation , even though I paid the price of BASIC package (2017-06-14). I have the new invoice on the website but still I can’t use BASIC package features, only FREE package is available.
Let me know what to do to activate the BASIC package for my installation , for which I have paid.

My problem is already fixed.
I paid the latest invoice by bank transfer to an account which i've received by email.

Well, that explains the problem. Our system does not detect when you change payment type. We'll work on that. Did you pay the first invoice with credit card, or SEPA?
