I am having an issue where the admin login screen has multiple username and password inputs. It works as long as I scroll down and fill out the last set. I just can't figure out why it is doing this. Any ideas? A screen shot is attached.
If I remember right, this came up a few times a while ago, have a look in the forum. What version of LS are you using? Because I think this problem was solved a while ago.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
