Can you confirm this: The bug only happens when you click "Next" and then "Previous" and then "Next" again (going to the next question group then back then forward).

It seems that we're getting the same behaviour on other survey. :(

After the fix, you need to use this expression in default answer for it to work:

{date('Y-m-d H:i')}
