I post a message here because I have a problem, I know probably where does it from, and I would like to know if there is a solution for this issue, or if somebody else have got this issue in the past.
So this is the problem :
- I active a survey, some persons answer to the survey. The answers are saved.
- When I would like to make a change (add a question for exemple), I deactivate the survey, and make the changes
- After the change, I reactivate the survey with the old token table.
- NOW, when I answer to the survey, the participant has no "use left" (GOOD), but the answer is not save in the database (NOT GOOD).
I don't if I'm clear ?
It's a very important issue
Hi,
Actually, I don't know how to solve the problem. I never deactivate and activate a survey when it's running. If I need to change questions I copy the survey and start it as a new one. As far as I know a new (empty) response table is created when you activate a survey. When you deactivate a survey you should see the warning message (see attachment): the old response table is not accessible with LimeSurvey. The table still exists in the database so maybe more experienced colleagues here will have better advice.

Thank you for your response.
This afternoon I recreate new survey to solve the problem..
I don't know why there is this issue, but I will investigate and if I found the solution, I will share you it.
