I have a trouble in exporting data!

when i try to export excel file (csv or ... ), There isnt any data here!

The excel file is empty!

what can i do?

No, there isnt any data here.

Has your survey received any responses? If not, there is nothing to export.

You may also have de-activated your survey, thereby deleting the responses. The responses may still be in the database, but in some obscure table. This table will have the name:
lime_old_survey_[sid]_[datestamp]
where [sid] should be replaced by the Survey ID of your survey, and datestamp is the datestamp from the moment te survey was de-activated.

I answered and submitted this quastionar for test, but there isnt data. I dont know whats happend

If you answered it for test, it may be that you had not activated the survey. It will only store responses when activated.

I answered when it was active and i exported data when it was active
