a customer said me that the release below mentioned with default model (responsive) don't work more with mobile device. Lime survey version is 2.62.2+170203 - Model responsive: default (modify with customer logo and colours)
The error is present on MAC device and Android System.
The error explained on device is that "the user haven't the permission to do the operation" (translation by italian).
It seems to be a problem on device.. on PC it works..
Someone have a solution or have managed this problem?
Is the survey activated?
If "no": Is the platform setting about preview for logged admin only turned off?
if "yes": Is the same survey working with another browser, device or template ?

In effect we are testing the survey and it is not active. Changed to active state now it works.

Survey preview only for administration users: By default, preview of inactive survey is restricted to authenticated users only. If you set this to 'No' any person can test your survey using the survey URL - without logging in to the administration and without having to activate the survey first.
