I notice that once a survey has been successfully submitted and the user is presented with the end page/message, the option to Resume Later remains at the top of the page, even though the survey is complete.

Is there a reason for this? And if I want to disable it, how can I without disabling it across all page (I see the token in the startpage.pstpl, but of course, that affects all pages)
