The javascript code was refered to the blank field shown under "Opzione di risposta"

Update LimeSurvey? You didn't state the version/build of LimeSurvey you're using.
I haven't found a bugtracker ticket to confirm that the bug is fixed.
@jelo : i'm sure i have seen the big tracker some day ago, and think it's closed now.

I am using the stable release limesurvey262. The problem is in the JS code. Before you click "Save" the JS code adds an "empty TD". After you click "Save" everything seems ok.
Thank you

For the future: "stable release limesurvey262" doesn't say much.
First of all: is it 2.6.2 or is it 2.62? This makes a huge difference.
And then, here have been many different updates in the 2.6x branch, so to be able to say something has been fixed in a newer version or not, you need to be specific. It is best to copy the whole version from the footer of your installation as is.
In this case, it doesn't make much difference, because based on Denis' post it seems like it has been fixed but not yet released. So no matter what version of LS you have, it won't be fixed yet. But for future requests in the forum, be as specific as possible, ideally already upfront so that no one needs to even request the version you are using. Makes helping you a lot easier.
Help us to help you!
Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
