Changes from 2.62.2 (build 170203) to 2.63.0 (build 170304) Feb 20 2017

I think it should be 170220 instead

It was 2.62.2+170303 rollout via Comfortupdater for some time.
There is still no official statement. My guess is that the 2.62.2+170303 was a mistake.
And the change back to February raised issues with the ComfortUpdater since a "older" build by buildnumber was then a "newer" build in real.

So they might stick to the "future" buildnumber for some releases to ensure updates via Comfortupdater.
