I assume this is referring to Limeservice/Limesurvey Professional? I would try to get in touch directly with Limesurvey GmbH by going to "Contact Us" --> Ticket system.
Here is the community supported forum and you might not receive a timely response from Limesurvey GmbH. Most of us here are volunteers giving support for Limesurvey in general and the community version in special and we have no connection to the commercial offerings of Limesurvey GmbH. You might be lucky that one of the guys shows up, but I guess it will be quicker to contact them directly:

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
