we have a running survey. The survey looked fine for weeks, but this afternoon an extra text block has shown up about the use of Google AdSense:

This site uses Google AdSense, a service for incorporating advertisements from Google Inc., Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; Further "Google").

How do we get rid of this notifacation?

Are you using LimeSurvey Professional with the "Free" package? Update to "Basic" to get rid of the advertisement.

We are using LimeService.

Hm, I can't find any installation bound to your account. In anyway, I recommend upgrading to the Basic package if you want to have a survey without ads.

Our installation has been initialised by my colleague. His email address is geert@ramit.be.
