wie have two Installations of LimeSurvey Version 2.56.1+161118
on both installations we have the following behaviour: if I login with a normal admin account The login is immediate.
But if I login with an superadmin account the backend shows up only after two minutes. Sometimes an error message "An internal server error occurred. Please try again later." occurs (PHP-timeout?) and a reload is neccessary.
Our servers are behind a firewall and can't access anything in the internet.
Is this delay because of a timeout while LS wants to access anything outside? maybe "Comfort Update"?
Can it be configured to avoid it?
