I am trying to get some theme for lime survey. But it is showing me a Template for participants who give a survey. So is there any link for free or paid theme for lime survey administrating part.
There are some admin templates included in every LS installation. I am not aware of any free or even paid theme for the LS administration. I assume there is just not enough demand. Most users are fine with the standard template or only do little adaptations to one of the existing templates (adding a logo, changing colors, etc).
You could contact one of the Limesurvey partners for an individual admin template though.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
