The end URL is for passing on data FROM the survey to some other website. You need to pass data from some other place to Limesurvey, so you need to add the variables to your survey url.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
