Survey view list not appearing in the homepage

Survey view list not appearing in the homepage was created by Manal35
we have 1056 surveys created in limesurvey when I log-in again the survey view list is not appearing anymore in the homepage. Please need help on how to fix it.

What version of LS?
Since when does this happen?
What was recently done to the LS installation?
Etc.

Help us to help you. Give us some information.

It's like "Hey, the wheels of my car don't turn anymore. What could it be?" ;-)
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Dear helpers,

I have the same problem.

I was not informed of the fact the limeservice.com was merging with limesurvey.org.

In the limeservice platform I prerared several surveys.

What the passages I have to do to find again my surveys?

Can I find them in the limesurvey.org website?

log in here at LimeSurvey.org and go to www.limesurvey.org/limesurvey-profile

There you will find your LimeSurvey Professional installation.

Hi, it is now solved when we put our survey in cloud. however, there is another problem occurs all the html editor are gone, we cannot create new questions, welcome messages, email messages and etc. How to make this html editor be visible again in the limesurvey?
