I would like to add users (survey administrators) to the backend of my LS installation and I want to group these administrators in groups, so they can see each others surveys, but not the surveys of people that are not in their group. that doable?

Also: I have added a new survey administrator and have given him the permission to create new users and to view users, but I would like this user only to see the users that he has created, not all users. Is that doable?
