The issue looks pretty simple but after done the installation with manual I get the issue like:
1. creating survey - OK
2. adding questions - OK
3. doing survey - OK
4.click editing General settings & text of the survey - OK
5. saving the edited survey redirect me to "Gallery" to pick up image? - Something wrong
- and here the fun starts: I granted the permissions for catalogs:
/limesurvey/tmp ; /limesurvey/upload/ ; /limesurvey/application/config/
for whole /limesurvey/ and didn't help
- maybe for this issue I missed some catalog for permissions?
This sounds pretty strange. What version of LS are we talking about?
What somtimes happens is that the FTP program does not upload all files. Maybe try to upload the files again (minus the config file, because if you subistitue this, then you have to install again).

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
