403 Error when trying to editing survey

Using Limesurvey Version 2.53+161004

When I try to change the Template or any element on a current survey I am getting a 403 Error, I am making an assumption that this is a file permission error.

I have checked the permissions and they all seem fine, any idea which folder I should focus my attention to check the permissions are OK or is there something else I should be considering?

Or as these surveys were written quite a while ago is there a way to export them and reimport them as I really need to change the survey template to a responsive version?

Thanks in advance of any advice.

Are you using SELinux?

To be very honest I am not sure its Cpanel back end for the hosting account, how would I check if it is SELinux?

I see some 403 error due to server restriction in URL.

Maybe best is too look at the server error log at same time ?

The server error log isn't showing any errors with relation to the Limesurvey

I think you should also open a thread in the CPanel forum.

When i found a 403 error , it was on cpanel restriction. It' 2 year ago, don't remind where (but we have some error log).

I have had to put this to the server hosts and I will revert when I have the answer to this.

The server is cloudlinux, we are not using SELinux.

Which folder would I be best to take a closer look at to see if any files have the wrong permissions, or could this be an issue with the Surveys being built a long while ago, on older versions of LimeSurvey? If so is it possible to export them, delete them and start a fresh but not loose the current data?
