If you don't want to use tokens, you can delete the token list.teksur wrote: It is asking token to be entered. This has not been like this before. What has happened?
It opens if I enter token. This needs quick solution.
LouisGac wrote: The link sent by mail contains the token credentials, so users don't need to enter the token/password.
If you access to the survey via the link in survey summary, it doesn't have those credentials.
Joffm wrote: Hi, teksur,
please show us a link to your survey that does not work.
As all said usually the link contains all credentials like:
www.example.com/survey/index.php/341493 ?token=12345&lang=en
If you use a token in this link that is not in your participants table you are asked for a valid token.
Did you check if the used token is in the participant table?
Well, many people say "I use the latest version".
Just tell us.
And:: "You find the version in the lower right corner of the admin page.
Best regards

In fact : this 2 link (must) give the same final link .teksur wrote: ....
link looks like this in email: example.com/form/index.php/499797?token=isqejRy0o29sbWV&lang=en
On website it looks like this: example.com/form/index.php/survey/index/...WV/lang/en/newtest/Y
Used token is in participant table.

Can you access the survey, when you enter the token by hand in the field?
