New installation problem

New installation problem was created by Drachsi
Hi,
I moved my site to a new hosting company and checked I don't have a LimeSurvey installation. But when I try to install using Softculous I get the error message " The following errors were found : An installation already exists at www.mysteryshopper.me.uk as per our records. To re-install the application please uninstall the existing installation! "

What should I do now?

Maybe time to contact softaculous or your hoster.

We can not answser.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. - Professional support - Plugins, theme and development .
