Hi!
When I try to manually add participants to my survey, they sometime appear when I press ''display the participants'' and sometimes don't; if I refresh, the number on the Participant summary changes. Incidentally, I when I try to send invites or activate tokens, the system tells me that I don't have any participant. The CSV import gives me the same problem. I also tried with other browsers; no luck.
Can anyone help?
