What version/build of LimeSurvey is used? What template is used?

Version 2.06+ Build 151018 and template i use skeletonquest_205_1'

Please check a activated survey (activate and logoff LimeSurvey) with
a) different browser or ensure that you have a fresh browser window (clean cache)
b) the default template

Report back if you still have the issue.
Since LimeSurvey and template wasn't updated (was is?) a change serverside (e.g. Webserver, PHP) or clientside (Webbrowser) might took place.

We don't close survey when click on resume later .

If you speak of windows : javascript can not close a windows if javascript don't open it.

thanks for your replay i won't to say that after clicking the resume button the survey still open i am using the resume later for the purpose of approval to send the link for another person so it is better to close the survey automatically after the resume later it was working like this previously .

Maybe you have an hacked version of LimeSurvey before.
