So for a webapplication that is so heavy on database and JS, I'd say those are fairly good results.
Given the speed I would assume it is hosted somewhere in California. Guess was right: Location: United States, California, Brea
Either it was a temporary problem on your server or you have serious connection problems between you and your webserver.
