LimeSurvey - Version 2.50+ Build 160812
PHP - 5.6

When I try to save the fifth question I get this error -

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /survey/index.php/admin/database/index on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

strange: I added the question without problems.
I attach the survey with this new question added.

By the way: I get an error entering the time, though I entered "14:03"; well, I didn't check your regexp validation.

Hi Joffm,

Imported your version with 5 questions and can edit and save all questions.

As soon as I try and add another question, I get the same error.

Even if I copy question 5 I get the same error on save.

HURRAH............................I've sorted it........................

I was copying the questions from an Excel spreadsheet.
If I just copied the cell, it caused the error on save.
I know Excel always adds a return when you copy a cell, it's that return which is causing the problem.
I edited the source of the question and if there is a second paragraph or even a break, the question fails to save.

So is this a bug, or is it just me?
