You can't use your local computer for a production environemnt, at lest not as long as the survey runs within your local network.
Because 192.168.1.10 is not a public IP address. It is the address of your computer within your network.
If the survey should be accessible via the internet you will need a server that is publicly available from the internet, which your local computer is hopefully not.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
