I'm getting complaints that users cannot complete my survey. Submitting the last page sometimes results in a blank screen or all the answers inputted on the page disappear.
In the response table I do get the complete list/answers but the participant table of the survey isn't always updated. So even if someone entered all the required questions they would still get reminders to complete the survey etc.
If a user experiences this they also don't get the survey completed page and no email confirmation so my guess is that something in between entering in the response table and updating the participant table goes wrong. Is there any way to debug this? (verbose logging or something?)
