Hi, I encountered some formatting issues after updating to 2.50+. Ie an unwanted phrase on the high-left of the screen; the repeated response items on an array question; the position of the button in a single answer question. I attach the screenshot.
I created the survey with the previous release of the software, and all worked well, only after updating I got the problem. The same using Firefox or Chrome.

May anyone help?

what is the meaning of "after updating to 2.50+"? From which version did you update?

So as usual the question:
Which versions (old - new) and which template do you use?

Remember that 2.06 templates won't work in 2.50

It's not a 2.06 template, but an older template here.

Must rework completely the template.

I was using the 2.05+... . If I understand, I have to make a copy of the new default template and modify as I like. Right?

Sometimes you say (at title) 2.50+, and now you say 2.05+

If you use 2.50+ : you have to rework completely a new template ....
