I've moved a Limesurvey installation (follow the help on website) from a server to another. Apparently, ISP server didn't change on settings, version etc. but when I've initialized the survey (importing first the DB), I've notiche that the Survey URL has changed from

https://urldomain/survey/index.php/861xxx to https://urldomain/survey/index.php?r=survey/index&sid=861xxx&lang=it

Unfortunately, the first URL was already comunicated to all users and inserted in a banner as a link. How can I revert the situation to poiting to the "old" URL Format? Thanks in advance

First of all: Never move a Limesurvey installation between communicating the URL and doing the research...

The second one looks like there is something wrong with the htacess file.

I'm not able to manage htaccess by myself. I've to ask to the ISP (I've only a gui interface and phpmyadmin).
Do you know which parameters should be?

Seems the server don't say if you can use PATH or GET parameters. By security, when installing we set it to GET.

Update byour config.php file , trying to set path : www.limesurvey.org/manual/Optional_settings#URL_settings
'urlFormat' => 'path',

If it don't work : see with your hoster.
