I have updated our version of Lime Survey from 1.90 to 1.92 and then to 2.5

Current running Lime Survey in the Amazon Cloud using an Amazon AMI running Apache 2.4, PHP 5.4 and Amazon RDS Mysql Database.

One of the reasons we updated was the Bounce Management system which is setup correctly but I can not find the button or menu Item that trigger bounce management. Currently the documentation is not useful. I am assuming that the trigger for this should be under Display Participants. and should be on the dropdown menu at the bottom left side of the listing. I thought that perhaps I was missing a setting that would set the use of bounce management , but after looking at the code in _selector.php and browse.php I did not see menu item that would trigger bounce management.

Can someone please point me in the right direction on how the bounce management system is trigger in version 2.5
