Respondent get a 500 error when submitting a survey which uses tokens. I consist out of multiple pages but only at the final submission (POST POST /index.php?r=survey/index&sid=123 HTTP/1.1) causes a 500 error! The results seem to be stored correctly but the token status remains unused. I use the Limesurvey 2.06 lts Build 160524
I cannot find any error in the apache, mysql or php error logs related to this error! However I only find the request and response logged in the modsecurity log (which is in detect only mode) of this 500 error. This error doesn't seem to appear for all
I only can replicated this error using IE! Firefox seems to work without any problems.
Any ideas to further debug or fix this situation are very much appreciated!
Update/edit: the same survey without the use of tokens works without any problem.

Problem seems to be a glitch with this specific survey.
Cannot reproduce this with a fresh made survey.
This copied survey gives this problem. Another copy had the same issue but after changing setting of what to save (IP & referring URL) the issue disappeared. Even after disabling and enabling it stayed away....
Just a unfortunately glitch but my problems is solved!
