I'm using an array question format to ask a question. I have answer options listed along the y axis and then to subquestions along the top with radio buttons for selection. I've managed to limit it so they can only choose only one answer per row, but I would also like them to only be able to select one question per column as well. I have limited the maximum answers to 2 but this does not work. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thank you!

Best if you show a "survey logic file" screenshiot or give more information (question code , answer code etc ...)

Do you try to put unique(self) in question validation equation or not .

So I want them to have one answer in each column and the answers cannot be the same in both columns. Currently I can make sure they do not select the same answer (row) twice, but they can select multiple answers in each column.

Hi,

1st : remove "mandatory" mandatory mean check all line
2nd : put min answers to 2 (like max)
3rd : put unique(self) in question validation equation
