No style after clean installation

No style after clean installation was created by paulha
Did a clean install from scratch.
Installation ran without any errors.
Problems to enter the admin page, need manually add the ?r=admin tag to open the admin page.
I also have no markup of the page (see screenshot)
Versie 2.50+ Build 160620

How did you install Limesurvey?

Did you empty your cache already?
Did you make sure that all files were uploaded via FTP?
Did you check the folder / file rights?
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Yes I did empty cache :)

Did you make sure that all files were uploaded via FTP?
Yep, binary upload through WinSCP and also tried to upload the zip and unzip in place, same result.

Did you check the folder / file rights?
Yes I did, I even did a test where aal folders were writable.

Currently running version 2.05+ Build 150520 which doesn't have the css problem.
