Installation Minimum memory available error

Apologies if this has been posted, but I didn't see it.

I am attempting to install LimeSurvey for the first time. I am getting a Minimum memory available error. I understand this to mean that I need to increase my PHP memory limit, but I have it set at 90 MB, which the error acknowledges:

Minimum memory available 64MB Too low: 90MB

See the attached screenshot. Does anyone know what else may cause this issue?

Looks like a bug to me. --> bug report
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
