I want to download xampp limesuervey release limesurvey250plus-build160428.
I checked this on different places of limesurvey site. But couldn't find appropriate download.

Could some one help me? Please note that it is xampp build.

Seems like the older versions are not provided as xampp build.

But why would you want to download this version? Since then a ton of bugs should have been solved, given that we see updates every couple of days.

I have an already installed limesurvey instance with that older version on Microsoft IIS. I was unable to set up php debugger on it.
But the xampp version is easy to debug. So to do some modification on already installed limesurvey (old version) I need debugger.

Is there a workaround for this? Is it possible to install latest xampp and only replace application folder php files from old version and do debugging?

Of course. You can install Xampp yourself. When you move the files from your installation, it should work. But why make modifications on an old version of Limesuvey, when there have been 14 (!) newer releases since then (with loads of bug fixes!).
