I general the local installation on your computer is for test and development purposes only. To run a survey you will need to install Limesurvey on a webserver that is available to the internet. That just as a background information. You might know this already, but many install Limesurvey on their computer, create the survey and then are suprised that their survey is not accessible via the internet.
I am not familiar with Macs but for others to help you, you might need to clarify a few things:
- what does not go ahead? The installation of Mamp or the installation of Limesurvey on Mamp?
- what exactly did you try? Where exactly is the problem?

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
Thank you for your answer. Actually I am on it but now I have a problem during the configuration.
Look at the screenshot I don't know what is going on. What do I have to do to have MySQL database?
Well, this has more to do with webserver adminstration than Limesurvey. To install Limesurvey you need a webserver that supports PHP and MySQL.
Usually with Mamp MySQL should be installed. Often in those packages (I never used MAMP, but rather other products like Xampp or Wamp on Windows) it comes with PHPmyAdmin, where you can create a database, a database user and a password.
You will need to check how these things are done with MAMP.

Super I have fixed it
I know I am the worst but I have other problem now.
How I have to start using lime survey? Am I obliged to use the user: adim
Can I have my own one?
Play around a bit. The forum is not the place to take you by the hand and walk you through everything. At the end of the day, this way you will explore and learn a lot more.
The super admin user you created during the installation is your most important user, because this admin can do basically everything. If you want "your own" user, you can of course create this users. There is no limit, you can create as many users with different permissions as you want or until the database limit is reached which is probably a few million lines.
