Hi Guys !
I tried install LimeSurvey on my hosting . Most of apps like Wordpress, ownCloud etc works without any problems.
But after installation of LimeSurvey ( without any problems ) i have page without images.
I tried change php version, reinstall, install different version of LS but problem is same.
Even i cant change language to English to show you everything ( currently is polish)

I already try test it on Chrome, Firefox and BlackBerry10 browser .

Ps. Before i created this topic i started looking on forum but without success.

Looks very much as if the CSS isn't recognized/used.

How did you install? Some software installation tool or by hand, uploading via FTP, etc.?

Make sure all files are uploaded and there.

What version of LS are we talking about? 2.5? 2.06?

I forgot to add more information's - sorry about that.
I downloaded limesurvey250plus-build160529.zip file from LS page.
Then i copy all files to FTP by Filezilla.
I made MySQL database in my hosting's admin panel.
Then i open browser and run : domain.com/admin and install.
As i said everything was fine until i run website after installation.

Problem soved ! :laugh:
What i did :

-> copy .tar.gz file to server by FileZilla
-> open putty , login by SSH to server
-> unpack file to default folder
-> run installation script

I hope it helps for some people.

PS. I'm using polish hosting -> home.pl
PS2: When we have directly assign domain to folder it not works but when we have domain assign to root folder then /limesurvey folder - it works fine

This looks like Filezilla wasn't able to transfer all files to your webaccount.

Or a permission issue for creating/overwriting files/folders.
FTP user and SSH user not the same.
Different permission when creating folder via FTP and via Shell.
It all depends how the admin of the server has configured it.

Good that you mentioned the provider.

As Jelo said, it can happen that not all files are uploaded via FTP.

Also the behaviour when pointing the Domain differently is strange.

But as it seems, the problem is solved now.

I used comfort update and I am having the same problem, I am working on fixing it now
