Running 160506 build and reminders do not seem to be working. It seems to be treating it like the initial invite, rather than a reminder.
The error is correct for a initial send, but not for a reminder. I'm really not happy with the new version of Lime...seems like a lot of issues.

There were no eligible emails to send. This will be because none satisfied the criteria of:

having a valid email address
not having been sent an invitation already
not having already completed the survey
having a token

The best is probably to open a ticket in LS bugtracker

Which LS version were you running before v2.5 ?

BTW, if you need a rock solid LS version you may want to (re)install the previous but currently maintened version 2.06 lts . With some special cares, I think it would be possible to use your current (or a clone of) 2.5 database (obviously, backup & backup again).
May someone from LS dev team advise about this process.

Thanks for the response. Honestly, I don't know the version prior to 2.5, but I have generally kept my installation up to date on a regular basis. In other words, I did not leap from some very old version to this. It was also pretty solid prior to this upgrade and now it is a complete mess. The new UI is not great (IMHO) and I'm having all sorts of functionality problems (see my other post).

you will find several 3 months old posts about how to downgrade from v2.5 to v2.06. Sounds possible and if you can clone db & files you've got nothing to loose to dive into some tests...

LS 2.06 lts is a trustful solid version, with available high-quality responsives themes like TFR and Skeletonquest.
LS core team is working hard to make 2.5 definitively stable, but probably this process... requires some additional weeks.
